Common questions
What to expect.
Do you facilitate in-person or virtually?
Both. Virtual sessions are conducted via Zoom and are equally effective for remote or hybrid teams. In-person sessions are available in the Denver/Colorado area and by arrangement for travel outside the region.
How far in advance do I need to book?
Most workshops are booked 3–6 weeks in advance to allow time for pre-work and preparation. Reach out as early as possible, especially for Q4 planning season (September–November).
Can I combine a workshop with ongoing coaching?
Yes — many clients begin with a workshop and continue with 1:1 coaching for the founder or leadership team. Packages that combine both are available and often the highest-value option.
What do I need to prepare?
Very little on your end. Lindsay handles all preparation and agenda design. You'll complete a short intake form and optionally share any existing strategy documents. The session does the heavy lifting.
What does the follow-up look like?
Every workshop includes at least one follow-up call to review progress, address blockers, and hold your team accountable to what was decided in the room. Extended support packages are also available.
